Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining type corrosion resistance butterfly valve that can be easily manufactured and shows a superior assembling characteristic in which a high sealing characteristic can be assured over an entire peripheral surface by valve blade portions and a vertical portion by preventing deformation of the valve blades of a sheet liner while utilizing a general purpose back-up ring, and an operation can be carried out from a full-opened state to a full-closed state while realizing a low torque characteristic.SOLUTION: A lining-processed disk 4 is arranged through a shaft-fixed part 20 in freely opening or closing manner in a cylindrical body 2 covered by a sheet liner 3. A backup ring 5 arranged at an inner peripheral surface of the body 2 is arranged at a back surface side of the sheet liner 3 and a seal segment of the disk 4 is composed of a vertical portion 40 to which a vertical portion 35 of the disk 4 is contacted and seals and a valve blade portion 41 other than the vertical portion 40. A resilient force of a central area α of the valve blade portion 41 of the backup ring 5 is set weak as compared with that in an adjoining area β of the vertical portion 40 and a deformation of the valve blade portion 41 toward the inner diameter side of the sheet liner 3 in the central area α is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
