Abstract:
According to the invention the protective goggles comprise glasses consisting of a layer of a first material (12), capable of absorbing at least a first part of the laser beam (8), and of a layer of a second material (6), capable of transforming, by fluorescence, at least a second part of the incident beam (8) into a beam of visible incoherent light (10), the first material (12) being in addition partially transparent to a part of the visible light spectrum, the two layers (12,6) being arranged one upon the other, the layer of second material being intended to be arranged on the laser beam side.
