Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction device of a kiln gas which can maintain high extraction efficiency of chlorine and which can stably continue an operation.SOLUTION: An extraction device 100 for kiln gas comprises: a separation cooling pipe 12 for mixing kiln gas 60 and coolant gas for cooling the kiln gas 60, and separating at least a part of dust from a mixed gas including the kiln gas 60 and the coolant gas; an introduction path 13 for introducing the coolant gas to the separation cooling pipe 12 so that, a swing flow of the mixed gas with an almost center shaft of the separation cooling pipe 12 as a swing shaft, is generated; a collection part 30 for collecting at least a part of dust which is subjected to centrifugal separation by the swing flow; a volatile component removal part 20 for removing a volatile component which is deposited on the separation cooling pipe 12 from separation gas; a first suction tool 40 provided on a downstream side of the volatile component removal part 20, and configured to suck the separation gas of the separation cooling pipe 12 through the volatile component removal part 20; and a second suction tool 42 provided on a downstream side of the collection part 30, and configured to suck the mixed gas of the separation cooling pipe 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
