To suppress occurrence of seizure failure and welding failure of metal members.SOLUTION: In a joint structure of two components that press-fit an outer member (adapter 2) and an inner member (fixed core 1), in the vicinity of a press-fitting surface 1p1' of either the outer member 2 or the inner member 1, a relief part 1p3 recessed radially inward from the press-fitting surface 1p1', and a convex part 1p2 protruding radially outward from the relief part 1p3 are provided.
