Abstract:
To provide a joint device capable of expanding and bending an articulated section with power from a power source.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven prosthetic foot 1 includes an under-knee side member 10, an upper-knee side member 20, a knee joint mechanism 30 for connecting them so that an angle formed between the under-knee side member 10 and the upper-knee side member 20 can be changed, and an expansion device 40 capable of changing the angle formed between the under-knee side member 10 and the upper-knee side member 20 by expanding and contracting. The expansion device 40 includes a motor M, and a transmission T for transmitting power of the motor M. The transmission T includes a first transmission mechanism T1 for transmitting power of the motor M at a first transmission gear ratio, and a second transmission mechanism T2 for transmitting power of the motor M at a second transmission gear ratio different from the first transmission gear ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
