The joint device includes: an outer pipe extending in the longitudinal direction of a supply pipe for supplying a drink; and two fixed members supporting both ends of the outer pipe and suitable for the supply pipe. The fixed member includes an opening communicating with the inside thereof, and a flow passage is formed from the opening of the fixed member fixed to one end of the outer pipe to the opening of the fixed member fixed to the other end of the outer pipe through a clearance between the inner wall of the outer pipe and the outer wall of the supply pipe, and heat is exchanged between fluid flowing in a flow passage and the drink through a pipe wall of the supply pipe.
