PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide joint connector rings, rotary joints, a framework construction kit employing the rotary joints with the joint connector rings, and a framework employing such rotary joints.SOLUTION: A joint connector ring includes a connector body formed as a hollow cylinder defining a hollow surrounding a connector opening, and an annular groove formed in a top surface of the cylindrical connector body as a trench running circumferentially around the cylindrical connector body and having an approximately constant depth within the connector body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
