Abstract:
To provide a joining structure and a joining method which provide power-saving according to slide lock application, can be executed safely and, after clamping between members themselves, permit retightening of a bolt as necessary or removal for dismantling.SOLUTION: A bolt 3, a gradient washer 4, a spring washer 8 and a nut 6 are preliminarily set up on a joining surface of one side joining member 1a to be joined with each other. A receiving metal fitting 5 having a gradient of a direction opposite to the gradient washer 4 is set up on a joining surface of the other side joining member 1b. The nut 6 performs positioning so as to come to a predetermined underhead length. A shank 3b of the bolt 3 is inserted to guide grooves 9, 10 of the joining surface, the joining surface is slid until the receiving metal fitting 5 and the gradient washer 4 are fitted with each other and, thereby, the joining is completed in such a state that a gradient part is abutted on. A shaft force of repulsion force portion of the spring washer 8 is introduced onto the joining surface. The nut 6 is rotated as necessary and a predetermined clamping force is introduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
