Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably isolate gas when pressure of the gas varies, by preventing an annular rib from permanently deforming when pressure of the gas is very high in the isolation state. SOLUTION: The isolation valve consists of a main valve and a sub valve, and in the isolation valve, a sub valve seat 1e with receiving pressure area less than that of a main valve seat 50 is provided for a main valve element 1 and a sub valve element 3 for opening or closing the sub valve seat 1e is connected to a plunger 4. In the isolation valve, an annular rib 1a is arranged in the main valve element 1, at a position where the main valve element 1 comes into contact with the main valve seat 50, and a main valve element presser 2 which is connected to a surface on the upstream side of main valve element 1 and holds the main valve element 1 is made of elastic material.
