To provide an interrupter that can properly switch the state between a state where rotors can rotate integrally and a state where rotors can rotate relatively.SOLUTION: A first intermittence mechanism 210 includes: sprags 286, 287 disposed between a first driven gear 184 and a second shaft 182; and an operation rod 241 for operating the sprags 286, 287 to an engagement state where the first driven gear 184 and the second shaft 182 can rotate integrally and operating the sprags 286, 287 to a non-engagement state where the first driven gear 184 and the second shaft 182 can rotate relatively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
