Abstract:
To ease stress concentration at the inner periphery side opening edge of an oil hole 21 provided in a crank pin bearing part 11 of a lower link 6.SOLUTION: A lower link 6 is made by two-division into a lower link upper 6A and a lower link lower, and the oil hole 21 is formed penetrating through the crank pin bearing part 11 on the lower link upper 6A side. In the face on the outer periphery side of the crank pin bearing part 11, where the front end of the oil hole 21 is opened, a recessed part 23 is formed constituting a thin wall part 22. The recessed part 23 is located in a peripheral angle range between the oil hole 21 and a peripheral position from a crank pin in the direction where maximum combustion load reaction works. A thickness t2 of the thin wall part 22 is smaller than a thickness t1 at the position of the oil hole 21. The thin wall part 22 is displaced to ease stress concentration at the oil hole 21 opening edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
