Abstract:
To make shot peening processing on an internal peripheral face 21a of an oil path 21 sure and easy, and to enhance the rigidity of the oil path 21 with respect to a stress concentration caused by a combustion load.SOLUTION: A lower link upper 6A has an oil path 21 which penetrates a crankpin bearing part 11 so as to inject a lubricant toward an upper pin, an upper link and the bearing part. The oil path 21 is formed into a conical trapezoid whose internal peripheral side opening 22 being a lubricant inlet is relatively small in a diameter, and whose external peripheral side opening 23 being a lubricant outlet is relatively large in a diameter. Since an internal peripheral face 21a of the oil path 21 is inclined in a tapered shape, shot peening processing by the injection of shots passing a large-diameter external peripheral side opening 223 becomes sure and easy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
