To provide an intelligent hydraulic actuator, in which control facilities are distributed around devices to be controlled, the processing performance of the system can be improved, and both reliability and flexibility can be enhanced, by arranging a local processor.
An intelligent hydraulic actuator 2, which is used in an injection molding machine having a system controller 216, moves linearly or in a rotary manner between a first position and a second position corresponding to the flow rate of a hydraulic oil or generates the power or torque corresponding to the pressure. A microcontroller 210 is arranged in the vicinity of this actuator 2 in order to move the actuator 2 between the first position and the second position. The microcomputer 210 is connected with the system controller 216.
