Abstract:
To provide an insertion-stop connection structure of a base member and a connection member which does not cause an increase of the number of part items, dispenses with a different facility and a troublesome work process causing a cost increase, enables a rigid insertion stop by simple means and a simple work process, and is excellent in practicality.SOLUTION: In an insertion-stop connection structure, an insertion part 2 of a base member 1 is constituted such that a plate part 5 of the base member 1 is pressurized by pressurization means, an opposite side part is cut, a cutup part 6 is cut up on the plate part 5 while the other opposing side part remains as an uncut part, and thus, an insertion hole is formed at the plate part 5. The cutup part 6 forming the insertion part 2 is pressurized and deformed by the pressurization means, the insertion hole is blocked and deformed, and a tip part 4 of the connection member 3 which is inserted into an insertion hole 8 in a plate-face direction below the cutup part 6 is stopped in insertion, and connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
