Title:
INSERT STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3952690
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rise caused when an insert member is pressed into a mounting hole of a resin material.
SOLUTION: The mounting hole 24 for pressing an insert nut 16 in is provided on a rear surface 12a of a resin-made case 12. The mounting hole 24 has an insertion guide hole 24a on an inlet side and an insertion guide hole 24b on an outlet side. An inside diameter D1 of the insertion guide hole 24a is larger than an inside diameter D2 of the insertion guide hole 24b (D1>D2). The insert nut 16 is formed into a cylindrical shape by a metal having an electricity conducting property, and a large diameter part 16c fitted in the insertion guide hole 24a on the inlet side, a lid part 16d fitted in the insertion guide hole 24b on the outlet side, and a groove part 16e formed between the large diameter part 16c and the lid part 16d are formed at its outer periphery. The resin material deformed in the direction of pressing-in by the pressing-in operation of the insert nut 16 is filled into the groove part 16e.
