Abstract:
To provide an inorganic salt hydrate type latent heat transport slurry in which the temperature zone for carrying out phase change is controlled into a higher temperature zone by suppressing degradation of flowability in a tube in circulation in a flow channel.SOLUTION: An objective latent heat transport slurry 1 is prepared by blending water 4, a latent heat storage material 2 comprising an inorganic salt hydrate having such a latent heat storage characteristic as being capable of storing and discharging the latent heat, and an additive 5 controlling the latent heat storage characteristic of the latent heat storage material 2. The ion species of the additive 5 includes at least one of the same specific ion common to a part of ion belonging to the ion species of the material 2 when defining the ion species generating by dissolution of the material 2 in the water 4 and ionization as the ion species of the material 2, and the ion species generating by dissolution of the water soluble additive 5 in the water 4 and ionization as the ion species of the additive 5. The additive 5 brings a common ion effect of lowering the solubility of the material 2 into the water 4 by the specific ion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
