To enable evaluation of an operation plan of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An information processing device generates first event interval delay time information indicating a delay time between a first event and a second event preceding the first event among a plurality of events in which departure or arrival at a plurality of stop positions with respect to at least one vehicle and a time of the departure or the arrival are determined, based on delay time information indicating a delay time of a third event preceding the first event, and generates delay time information indicating a delay time of the first event based on the first event interval delay time information and delay time information indicating a delay time of the second event.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
