Abstract:
To provide an information processing unit or the like for an abnormality determination excellent in reliability of the abnormality determination.SOLUTION: An information processing unit 2 is an information processing unit for determining an abnormality of a device 1 that is operated by an air cylinder 11 and includes a moving mechanism 12 moving to a direction different from a movement direction of a rod 1122 included in the air cylinder. The information processing unit includes: an information acquisition section 211 acquiring as information on the rod at least any information of speed variance of the rod, acceleration variance of the rod, a minimum value of the acceleration of the rod, and a difference between a maximum value and the minimum value of the acceleration of the rod; and an abnormality determination section 212 determining an abnormality of the moving mechanism on the basis of the information. When the information on the rod does not satisfy a corresponding condition, a determination that the device has an abnormality is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
