This system is provided with a storing means 112 which stores a history of a progress confirmation request of the business task received from the outside, an extracting means 113 which extracts a receiving frequency of the progress confirmation request stored in the storing means 112, an information display means 114 which displays the information extracted by the extracting means 113, and a changing means 115 which changes the definition of the workflow on the basis of the receiving frequency extracted by the extracting means 113.
