Abstract:
To acquire information on a surface to be imaged, with a resolution greater than the physical resolution of a two-dimensional sensor to be used.SOLUTION: An information acquisition device comprises an optical sensor, a first optical system, a second optical system, and a processing circuit. The optical sensor outputs a light-receiving signal corresponding to the intensity distribution of light entering an imaging surface. The first optical system transmits light from a surface to be imaged to a conjugate surface of the surface to be imaged. The second optical system forms an image of light from a plurality of areas out of the areas of the surface to be imaged transmissible by the first optical system, in an identical area in the imaging surface. The processing circuit acquires information on the surface to be imaged, on the basis of the time-divided light-receiving signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
