The downstream side of an exposure engine 7 performing scanning exposure to the surface of the paper P is provided with a storage space section S of temporarily storing it. A coiling mechanism 8 for the paper P is arranged inside the storage space section S. Even when the scanning exposure is performed in a part of the paper P, the tip side is coiled around a coiling drum 20 in a state of being sagged. The coiled and temporarily stored paper P is fed out to the downstream side in carrying, an inclination is straightened by a width regulation guide 12c in a second carrier unit 12, and thereafter, it is carried to a development processing section.
