Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transmission stored in an integrated housing.
SOLUTION: This hydraulic transmission is made up of an integrated cast housing which has an outside shell having an internal compartment and provided with side walls facing each other and end walls facing each other, a center wall which is integrally cast with the housing in the housing and which divides the compartment into sub-compartments, first and second hydraulic power units 30, 32 which are respectively installed on both sides of the center wall and in the respective sub-compartments, and a high pressure fluid conduit tube 58 which is passed through the center wall to extend, and to connect both the hydraulic power units 30, 32 in a state where hydraulic fluid is continuous. The hydraulic power units 30, 32 each contain a pump and a motor having groups 34, 36 of rotating parts which can be easily inserted into the respective sub-compartments 26p through access openings formed in the side walls of the housing. The main shaft of a pump 30 and the main shaft of a motor 32 can be rotated at different speeds and in different directions respectively, but these shafts have an common axis of rotation.
