Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power transmission that comprises a dynamic vibration absorber, and that can be compactly constituted particularly in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A torque converter (1) comprises a pump (20) and a turbine (30) in a case (10) connected to an engine, and comprises a dynamic vibration absorber (80) that includes a rockable rocking body and that reduces vibration caused by the engine. The pump (20) and the turbine (30) comprise a pump core ring (22) and a turbine core ring (32) that support a plurality of blades (23) and (33) respectively. The pump core ring (22) and the turbine core ring (32) comprise inner surfaces opposed to each other and recessed outward on both sides, and a core space (C) is formed between the inner surfaces. At least a portion of the dynamic vibration absorber (80) is arranged in the core space (C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
