Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a desired braking force characteristic with a change of the revolving speed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of movable braking pieces 4 are disposed at equal spaces on the outer periphery of a rotary disc, and the inward restoring force in the radial direction is applied to the braking pieces by the urging force of a spring 4-2. When the rotary disc 2 is rotated, the respective movable braking pieces are turned outward by action of the centrifugal force to show the braking force obtained by adding fluid resistance based upon the projecting amount of the movable braking piece 4 to fluid resistance of the rotary disc 2.
