Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle drive device that enables recognition of an engagement/disengagement state of a clutch even when a CAN communication between a control section and a clutch engagement detection section is interrupted.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle drive device 100 includes: a rotary electric machine 1; a clutch 81 provided in an engine power transmission route W in which the rotary electric machine 1 is not interposed; and rotational frequency sensors 51, 52 for detecting rotational frequencies of a clutch input shaft 62 and a clutch output shaft 63 of the clutch 81. A hybrid ECU 3 determines that the clutch 81 is in the engagement state when the rotational frequency of the clutch input shaft 62 and the rotational frequency of the clutch output shaft 63 correspond to each other all the time within determination time Tx, and determines that the clutch 81 is in the disengagement state when the rotational frequency of the clutch input shaft 62 and the rotational frequency of the clutch output shaft 63 do not correspond to each other within the determination time Tx.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
