Abstract:
To provide a startup method for methane fermentation that can generate methane gas without using seed sludge.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a startup method for methane fermentation (STEP 1) that cultures methanogens to generate methane gas, the STEP 1 including a step of preparing cow dung containing methanogens and feed (S11), a step of feeding the cow dung and feed into a fermentor at a predetermined ratio (S12); and a step of culturing the methanogens in the fermentor to generate methane gas (S13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
