Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a binocular loupe in which a loupe can be attached to a carrier lens at an accurate downward mounting angle, by accurately measuring the forward inclination angle at which a wearer works in a downward state.SOLUTION: A square marker 8 is attached to a frame incorporated with a carrier lens, and the face of a wearer of the frame is imaged from a work operation place P when the wearer gazes the downward work operation place P in a work attitude of using a binocular loupe. A forward inclination angle α of the carrier lens is calculated on the basis of the degree of shape change from the square to a trapezoid of the marker 8 in an oblique image of the imaged face from the downside, and a downward mounting angle r when the loupe is mounted to the carrier lens on the basis of the forward inclination angle α is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
