To provide a hollow shaft device with a bearing capable of assembling a block body such as a cam block and a rolling bearing in an axial direction of the outside diameter surface of a hollow shaft, and capable of reducing the costs.
The hollow shaft device with the bearing comprises the hollow shaft 12, the block body 16, and the rolling bearing 31. The block body 16 and the rolling bearing 31 are disposed in an axial direction of the outside diameter surface of the hollow shaft 12 at a predetermined interval. A thin-walled shape diameter expanding portion 14 which is plastically deformed in a diameter expanding direction and has the outside diameter surface pressed on the inside diameter side surface of the block body 16 is formed in a shaft portion out of the hollowing shaft 12 having the block body 16 disposed there.
