An outside part 40B in an inclined connecting part 40 of a hole plug 14 gradually changes along the peripheral direction at an inclination θ1 to a surface S orthogonal to the axis of an outer peripheral wall 18. The inclination θ1 also becomes minimum at one end in the diameter direction of the hole plug 14, and becomes maximum at the other end in the diameter direction. Thus, when placing the hole plug 14 on an inserting installation hole 12, a part of becoming the maximum inclination side in an outside part 40B of the inclined connecting part 40 abuts on a peripheral edge of the installation hole 12 on the upper surface side of a body panel 10, and a clearance 51 is formed between a part of becoming the minimum inclination side in the outside part 40B of the inclined connecting part 40 and a peripheral edge of the installation hole 12 on the upper surface side of the body panel 10.
