Abstract:
To hold a work on a pallet without providing a pallet coupling shape on the work, without preparing the pallet for each type of the work, and without arranging a suction hose like on a vacuum chuck.
The work W is mounted on a suction pad 2 with a piston 5 thrust by an operation lever 8, then the operation lever 8 is released to return the piston 5 with a spring 7, and the air pressure in a cylinder chamber 3 is reduced to suck the work W to the pallet 1.
