Title:
HIGH SPEED DRIVING METHOD AND ITS APPARATUS FOR PRESSURE CYLINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3851137
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed driving method and its apparatus for a pressure cylinder capable of swiftly eliminating a wasteful working stroke of a piston rod and a driving lag of the piston rod and improving working efficiency.
SOLUTION: A servo valve 41 is used as a valve for stroking a piston 12 of a pressure cylinder 1, and the servo valve 41 is functioned at a projecting stroke of the piston rod 13 as a selector valve. In a returning stroke of a piston rod 13, the servo valve 41 is operated by power output of a controlling device 8 removing difference with a designated position inputted to the controlling device, so that output of a position detecting unit 20 of the piston rod 13 attached to the pressure cylinder 1 is fed back to the controlling device of the servo valve 41. When the piston rod 13 is returned to the designated position, both sides of pressure chambers 30 and 35 are maintained in a state in which same pressure is practically charged.
