Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming die system with reduced or eliminated incidence of defects upon breakdown of a solenoid valve.SOLUTION: The hemming die system includes a hemming die (1) and a pneumatic circuit (11). The hemming die (1) has: a lifter (4) that vertically moves between a first position where a plate-like workpiece (W) is bent, and a second position where the workpiece is hemmed, the second position being above the first position; and air cylinders (5) for vertically moving the lifter (4). The pneumatic circuit (11) includes: a first solenoid valve (14) that is a pilot double solenoid valve for controlling the supply of high pressure air for actuating the air cylinders (5); and a second solenoid valve (15) for pilot pressure supply, which supplies pilot pressure to a pilot port of the first solenoid valve (14) to actuate the first solenoid valve (14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
