Title:
HEAT TRANSFER TUBE STRUCTURE FOR INCINERATING BOILER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07239104
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prolong a life of a protector by avoiding the state that a temperature of the protector becomes equal to a temperature of combustion gas by high thermal conductive mortar and preventing high-temperature corrosion of the protector.

CONSTITUTION: When steam is emitted from a soot blowing tube to remove combustion ash deposited on a protector 15 provided at an evaporation tube 10 and a superheater tube 11, the tubes 10, 11 are brought into close contact with the protector 15 via high thermal conductive mortar 14 of gaps between the tubes 10, 11 and the protector 15. Accordingly, combustion gas, the steam are not introduced between the surfaces of the tubes 10, 11 and the protector 15, heat of the protector 15 is preferably transferred to the tubes 10, 11, and the temperature of the protector 15 is maintained at a temperature substantially equal to the surface temperatures of the tubes 10, 11.
