Title:
HEAT RESISTANT AND CONDUCTIVE CERAMICS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3077054
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat resistant and conductive material having the excellent stability, heat resistance and durability under the low oxygen partial pressure in the atmospheric air at a high temperature and in the humidified hydrogen.
SOLUTION: This heat resistant and conductive ceramics is made of sintered compact having the perovskite structure expressed with a chemical formula LA1-xAxCr1-yAlyO3 (in the formula, A means at least one of Ca and Sr, and 0.005≤x≤0.12, 0.02≤y≤0.50). A sintered compact at 5.7g/cm3 or more of bulk density, at 8kgf/mm2 or more of bending strength at a room temperature, at 0.2S/cm-20S/cm of conductivity in the atmospheric air at 1000°C, and 25°C or less of phase transferring temperature from a rhombic system to a rhombohedral system is used.
