To provide a generator for supplying a safe, clean and stable energy at low cost.
A centrifugal force is generated in a direction orthogonal to a rotating shaft of a disk (1) by rotating the rotating shaft (6) generating a centrifugal force while disk (1) itself is turned in the same direction as the rotating shaft (6) generating the centrifugal force. That is, the rotating shaft (6) generating the centrifugal force and the rotating shaft of the disk (1) run parallel and the directions of rotations are identical. A torque is generated in a direction increasing a rotational speed in the rotating shaft (6) generating the centrifugal force by interaction of the centrifugal force applied to the whole disk and the rotation of disk itself. The generator uses a gravity to extract the energy by the torque from a motor serving as the generator.
