Abstract:
To provide spectacles for a golf preventing a head from lifting up in a golf swing and capable of keeping a correct posture with the head bent forward in the swing.SOLUTION: A plurality of shades 100 are horizontally provided at least at one of lens parts of spectacles such that, when wearing the spectacles, a wearer can view only an obliquely downward direction with respect to a horizontal direction, where an angle in the obliquely downward direction is within a range of 60°-80°. Preferably, support shafts are inserted into lateral parts of the shades, and both ends of the support shafts are fitted to lens fitting parts of a spectacle frame, so that the shades are freely rotatable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
