Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase limit torque without deteriorating strength of a gear transmission mechanism into which a torque limiter mechanism is incorporated.SOLUTION: In a geared motor 3, a gear transmission mechanism 40 which transmits rotation of a motor body 80 to an output vehicle 5 includes a torque limiter mechanism part 90 incorporated into an area between a first gear 91 and a second gear 92 of a first gear part 41 which meshes with a worm 85. The torque limiter mechanism part 90 transits torque by a ratchet 94, which integrally rotates with the second gear 92, engaging with an engagement part 96, which integrally rotates with the first gear 91 and is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder part 93. In a first member 411, a position where the engagement part 96 is formed is set to a position that does not overlap with the first gear 91 in a Z direction (i.e., an axial direction of the first gear part 41). Further, an outer diameter of the cylinder part 93 formed with the engagement part 96 is the same as a tip circle C2 of the first gear 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
