Abstract:
To provide a gear parts having a tooth portion on a contour in the horizontal direction which is capable of reducing the vibration and noise during the operation.
In this manufacturing method, a substantially rotation-symmetric work 10 is fixed to a fluidizing device, and rotated, at least one contour-formed fluidizing roll is conveyed to an outer circumferential portion of the work, and a contour portion 17 in the horizontal direction is formed. At least one circumferential groove 15 is formed in an outer circumferential portion of the work, and the outer portion 17 in the horizontal direction is formed along the axial direction on both sides of the groove 15.
