Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear mechanism in which an idling between the gears is restricted even when a torque is larger than a magnetic repulsion force.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a gear mechanism 100 comprising a first rotating body 11 having a first rotating disc 11a and a second rotating body 21 having a second rotating disc 21a in which the first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 21 are arranged to be spaced apart and their rotating motions are transmitted through magnetic force. The first rotating body 11 has a plurality of first teeth 11b arranged to be equally spaced apart along a peripheral surface of the first rotating disc 11a and a plurality of first magnets corresponding to each of the first teeth 11b. The second rotating body 21 has a plurality of second teeth 21b arranged to be equally spaced apart along a peripheral surface of the second rotating disc 21a and a plurality of second magnets corresponding to each of the second teeth 21b, and a magnetic pole surface of the first magnet and a magnetic pole surface of the second magnet are the same magnetic poles and they are oppositely faced to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
