Abstract:
To provide a gear device which can suppress the occurrence of a malfunction at manufacturing, and a manufacturing method of the gear device.SOLUTION: A gear device 1 comprises a case 2, a carrier 3 and a crankshaft 42, a first main bearing 5 and a second main bearing 6, and a first oscillation gear 43 and a second oscillation gear 44. The first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 are disposed between the case 2 and the carrier 3. The first main bearing 5 and the second main bearing 6 have inner races 52 and 62, outer races 51 and 61, a plurality of rollers 53 and 63 and cages 54 and 64. The rollers 53 and 63 rotate around axes of center axial lines R1 and R2 which are inclined to an axial line O of the carrier 3. The outer races 51 and 61 protrude inward in a radial direction at large-diameter side end parts of outer ring raceway surfaces 51a and 61a, and comprise flange parts 51b and 61b for regulating the movement of the center axial lines R1 and R2 of the rollers 53 and 63.
