Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate which does not necessitating exchange of a valve of an ultraviolet irradiation device, that is used for applying ultraviolet light of the wavelength adequate to a photoinitiator to be used, for a suitable valve, in which delamination or a broken layer is not generated due to a substance to be produced by decomposition of the photoinitiator and which does not cause these troubles even when exposed to high temperature, and to provide a production method of the gas barrier laminate.SOLUTION: A gas barrier laminate 6 includes one or more pairs of an organic layer 2 and an inorganic layer 1 as adjacent layers in this order on at least one surface of a base material film 4 being a supporter. An electron beam-curable or ultraviolet light-curable polymerizable compound is contained, at the least, in the organic layer 2 but the photoinitiator is not contained therein. A silane coupling agent is contained in the organic layer 2 of the gas barrier layer 6. The organic layer has the thickness of 200-3,000 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
