Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate having a gas barrier layer formed at low temperature using an easy facility, and a package using the laminate.SOLUTION: There are provided a gas barrier laminate which has a base material layer X and a layer Y formed using a resin composition, where the resin composition contains a component obtained by hydrolytically condensing a mixture containing at least a compound having a pseudo-boehmite structure, a hydrolyzable metal element-containing compound, a water-soluble polymer compound and a solvent by a sol-gel method, the hydrolyzable metal element-containing compound can have two or more hydroxyl groups by hydrolysis, and the compound having the pseudo-boehmite structure has a molar ratio (hydroxyl group/Al atom) of 1.25 or more and 2.8 or less; and a package using the laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
