PURPOSE: To realize deodorization and maintain cleanliness by producing the environment which hardly causes rot in the whole receiving container concerning the garbage receiving container which receives garbage.
CONSTITUTION: A door 9 whose one end is connected to an outer box 8 is provided on the outer box 8 which stores a container 7, and an air passage 12 which communicates with an air suction port 10 and an air exhaust port 11 which are opened toward the container 7 is provided on the door 9. An ozone decomposition catalyst 13, a circulation fan 14, and an ozonizer 15 are provided in the air passage 12 in this order from the air suction side, and a charge port 17 which is opened toward the container 7 is provided on the door 9. Owing to the constitution in which a charge device 16 for nonreversible water absorbing particles 18 which communicates with the charge port 17 is provided on the door 9, it is possible to absorb water which comes out of garbage uniformly to prevent the rot. Consequently, it is possible to maintain the inside of container 7 in comparatively dry condition, deodorize by ozone of low concentration, and maintain cleanliness of the whole receiving container due to the synergism.
