Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power generation so as to safely consume remaining hydrogen inside a battery and supply stable power to an external load by reducing a battery output current limit value according to a battery output current target value when the battery output current target value reduces while a required load is stabilized. SOLUTION: This power generation control method of a fuel cell is used in a fuel cell power supply system provided with the fuel cell and an electric energy buffer coping with transient response. When the reduction rate of a battery output current target value exceeds a predetermined reduction rate, a battery output current command value is reduced by a reduction value less than that of the battery output current target value and determined according to the reduction rate of the battery output current target value. The fuel cell 1 is connected to a battery 3 of an electric energy buffer coping with transient response through a DC/DC converter 2. A control device 5 for controlling the current supply amount of the fuel cell 1 and for controlling the output limit value of the DC/DC converter 2 is provided.
