Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the characteristics which is steady to the temperature change and the load fluctuation by adding the temperature compensating circuit and the voltage follower circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The waveheight value is varied for the parallel of added resistance 12 and thermistor 13 by making use of the resistance change to the tmeperature of thermistor 13, thus securing the temperature compensation for the conversion characteristics. The voltage follower circuit comprising resistances 14W16 and operational amplifier 17 is added to ensure the constant load conditions for integrated circuit 100. Thus no effect is given to the frequency-voltage conversion characteristics against the change of the load resistance.
