PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of high handling performance.SOLUTION: A control device 62 constituting a part of a frame structure 1 includes a stability evaluation portion 74 for evaluating stability of a three-dimensional frame structure on the way or at the completion of deformation before executing a moving operation of a tape 12, and a movement instruction portion 75 for instructing execution of the moving operation to prevent an unstable state of the three-dimensional frame structure to a tape moving portion 61, when the frame structure is evaluated to be unstable by the stability evaluation portion 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
