To stably and reliably operate a slide valve element through a high drive force by a method wherein a slide valve body is rotatably engaged in an interlocking manner with the low speed rotation part of a gear reduction gear and a driven magnet body is coupled to a high speed rotation part, and a drive magnet body to rotationally drive the driven magnet body is coupled to the rotary output part of an external actuator.
A driven magnet body 21 is coupled to a sum gear 12 and a drive magnet body 25 is coupled to the rotary output part 24 of an external actuator 23. When the rotary output part 24 of the external actuator 23 is rotated clockwisely integrally with the drive magnet body 25, the driven magnet body 21 is rotated in the same direction integrally with the sum gear 12 in linkage with the drive magnet body 25 and each planetary gear 14 is revolved clockwise between the sum gear 12 and a fixed internal tooth body 11 as it is self rotated. This constitution causes clockwise rotation of a drive internal tooth gear 15 by an angle, equivalent to a number of teeth difference with the fixed internal tooth gear 11, during one full revolution of the planetary gear 14, and transmits the rotation to the slide valve body 8, and causes rotation of the slide valve body 8 at high torque.
