PURPOSE: To easily construct a foundation without non-uniform settlement by a method in which PC steel materials are thrust through sheaths into a foundation for basement and a foundation for an overkaying structure and integrally combined with them by post tensioning so as to apply a prestress.
CONSTITUTION: Sheaths 2 to be pierced with PC steel materials are buried in sidewise direction and plural precast reinforced concrete walls 1aW1m are integrally combined by post-tensioning work to form a foundation 1 for basement. Then, In the foundation 3 for an overlaying structure in which the sheath 2' to be thrust with PC steel materials is butted with the exposure on the ground of the sheath 2 of the foundation 1 for basement, PC steel materials 4 are pierced through both the sheaths 2 and 2', and then integrally combined with them by post-tensioning work so as to apply a prestress. Thus, foundation structure can be obtained.
