Abstract:
PURPOSE:To safely establish damping by radiating the rotation energy of a fly-wheel depending on viscosity friction by use of the lubricant in a vacuum container charged therein by stopping the oil and exhaust discharged from the vacuum container. CONSTITUTION:When a fly-wheel 2 makes excessive rotation, operation of a motor 32, a vacuum pump 10 and a boost pump 8, etc. are suspended and the exhaust and oil discharged from a vacuum container 1 are stopped. The lubricant is sucked in and is transmitted through an electromagnetic switching valve 29 to the vacuum container 1. Therefore, the fly-wheel 2 makes contact with the lubricant and the rotation speed of the fly-wheel is reduced depending on the viscosity of the lubricant and therefore damping for the fly-wheel can be safely established.
