Abstract:
To provide a fluid supply device and a pressing apparatus capable of detecting abnormality highly precisely when the abnormality of a solenoid valve occurs, in the fluid supply device and the pressing apparatus provided with a pump driven by an electric motor, the solenoid valve of which a valve opening is changed in accordance with a supplied control electric current and a control device which supplies the electric current to the electric motor and the solenoid valve.SOLUTION: A fluid supply device 100 includes an electric motor 80, a pump 81 driven by the electric motor 80, a solenoid valve 82 of which the valve opening is changed in accordance with a supplied control electric current and a control device 9 which supplies a drive electric current to the electric motor 80 and supplies the control electric current to the solenoid valve 82. Therein, the control device 9 judges that abnormality occurs on the solenoid valve 82 when an actuation state of the electric motor 80 when changing the control electric current during actuation of the electric motor 80 is not changed over a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
